High efficiency Linear oven with automatic control combined steam and hot air for baking chicken products is the latest generation of tunnel steaming and baking machine. We developed and designed it with newest technology based on French technology. It is composed of two steaming and baking units. Users can set the heating environment independently for each unit.

The main components include: transmission system, hot air system, steam injection system, automatic cleaning system, lifting device and electric control system. It has the characteristics of stable operation, accurate temperature control, uniform hot air, energy saving, high efficiency, and high automation.
