The frozen shrimp production line is a fully automated system engineered for large-scale shrimp processing and freezing. Designed to meet modern seafood production demands, this line integrates advanced washing, blanching, and freezing technologies. By utilizing IQF (individual quick freezing) methods, it ensures high product quality, extended shelf life, and reduced energy use, making it ideal for industrial shrimp processing.
The frozen shrimp processing line consists of five main steps: washing, blanching, drying, freezing, and packaging. Fresh shrimp are first washed to remove surface impurities. Next, the cleaned shrimp are placed in the squid spiral blanching machine and heated to turn the shells red and remove some of the bacteria. The rinsing process needs to be controlled in terms of time and temperature to prevent the shrimp from getting old. Afterward, the shrimp are lightly dried to prevent excessive frosting during freezing. Next, they are quick-frozen at very low temperatures to lock in nutrients and freshness. Finally, the shrimp are packaged automatically to ensure hygiene and safety for storage and transport.
