The LK-2.2025 raisin processing line features a compact and efficient workflow. The washing stage combines a drum washer and a bubble washing machine: the former removes impurities through water flow and friction, while the latter performs deep cleaning to eliminate surface dust and residues. Subsequently, raisins undergo dehydration via lift-and-spin drying and vibrating screens. After preliminary moisture removal, they enter a hot-air circulation drying line for uniform evaporation, preserving softness and natural color. Dried raisins are sorted through a color sorter to remove any discolored or mixed-color berries, ensuring uniform appearance and consistent quality. A drum oil sprayer then evenly coats raisins with edible oil, creating a glossy, non-sticky finish. After oil application, the raisins pass through an air-drying and packaging line to remove excess oil and cool for setting. Finally, X-ray inspection removes foreign objects, ensuring clean, safe, and consistently high-quality finished products. The entire production process can be customized to meet customer requirements.
